Abstract

This business proposal has been created to seek new investors that will help to build and work alongside the CEO in the creation of Mojo Dojo. Mojo Dojo will be a Self-training martial art studio with 24-hour access, equipped with state-of-the art martial art training technology where virtual trainers are able to assist users. At the same time, skilled users can train at their own pace instead of having to join fixed classes organised by existing studios. The business will be selling monthly membership or pay-per-use access to the facilities with no tie down periods.

The company is seeking to incorporate in June 2023 as a private limited entity and the shareholders will hold the position of CEO, CFO and COO. With a request for a total investment of initial capital at $624,055 from the CFO and COO. This will result in cooperation between three shareholders 40%, 30% and 30% respectively, which allows a dedication to the business as decisions can be made together.

The cost of this business is mainly it initial capital of setting up the locations as well as development of the Mojo Dojo Application to smoothen user experience. Other key cost includes Payroll and operating expense especially in the first year of operations.

With targeted revenue of $1,790,004 in the first year and $8,237,220 by the fifth year, it allows a net profit of $447,373.27 in year 1 and $4,114,306 in year 5. Bringing at least $1,101,428.27 in cash flow in year 1 and $4,144,305.80 in year 5. Allowing a return of investments for all shareholders in only 1 year, 1 months and 18 days exactly.

Through understanding the market, a business strategy will be created to open 10 outlets within the first 3 years and subsequently adopt a franchise model to expand first in Southeast Asia and then globally.
