AbstractWith the rapid spread of COVID-19 in the world since 2020. All economic sectors were affected by the pandemic, and many enterprises stopped production due to the pandemic. Therefore, the supply chain of enterprises is also facing the risk of disruption. In the context of supply chain globalization, the impact of COVID-19 on the global economy from its origin to its outbreak has shown a trend of sustainability. Because they were not prepared for sudden changes in the supply chain. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused interruption of the supply chain of food products, affecting both supply and demand. For example, the food consumption channels and modes under the closed management of community have changed greatly. The pandemic has exposed the fragility of the existing food supply chain.
