Abstract

For years, tenants are renting houses directly from individual property owners on informal arrangement. What happened in this industry is, it is rarely that one can buy service from professional and reliable companies that guarantees protection and reasonable customer service level. For renters, this means they have to put up with inconveniences and even find themselves in dispute with homeowners—it is not what one can describe as a pleasant customer experience.

Hilir-Living operates the rental business in professional setup the same way hotel or car rental business is run. This is so that we are in control of overall customer experience, the business’s core value proposition. We aim to provide high level of customer service to our tenants, ensuring peace of minds and to deliver a convenient digital experience in our interactions with our customers. Our rental product service is designed to be flexible enough to suit range of customers’ accommodation needs, in the way it is not possible with current industry practice.

To provide our customer with wide and large collection of rental units to choose from, we are working with thousands of our partners (the house owners) who, through our Partner Program, will be able to lease their unit to us. House owners can lease their property hassle-free, protected against any risks often involved in rental business and are guaranteed timely monthly payment among other benefits. Our platform makes it possible for tenants to enjoys the maximum benefits from their rental and property owners to earn from their property investment with complete peace of mind.
