AbstractThis dissertation aims at investigating the way ethical and traditional consumers manage their eco-labelled cosmetics purchases. In this qualitative research, six participants have been interviewed around different topics drawn upon the research questions and the literature review: cosmetics purchases patterns, understanding of the eco-label concept, cosmetics buying criteria and price premium. Then, a discourse analysis method has been used to explore the data collected.
