Abstract

Abstract

Chinese firms’ internationalization strategies are investigated from a perspective that focuses on a case study of the Haier Group. The investigation proceeds as a secondary approach. The internationalization strategies of the Haier’s group are identified, and their strengths and limitations discussed. The strategic implications of the case study of Haier are noted and explicated, and pertinent recommendations are addressed to firms that wish to invest abroad.
