Abstract

As part of my dissertation, i created a business plan for an Indian Textile company to establish its own brand in the Indian market. The current booming economy and increase in purchasing power provides an ideal opportunity for Karma ltd. to establish itself.

Second i focused on leadership styles and its influence on corporporate entrepreneuership. The research was based in India and provided great insights on leadership and corporate entreprenuership constructs.
