Abstract

Nottingham Counselling Service (NCS) is a registered Charity and Company founded in 1977. The organisation offers psychological counselling for adults of working age in Nottinghamshire.

This document sets out an ambitious growth plan for the NCS covering the period April 2009 to March 2014. The organisations vision is dedicated to establishing a modern 21st Century counselling service, with the aim of positioning the NCS as the first choice generic counselling service for Nottinghamshire.

The plan shows that how the organisation will achieve longevity and sustability, by providing inclusive and accessible services for users and volunteers.
