Abstract

The importance of integrity in business has been a popular topic for a long time. Opinions varies but can be summarized into two conflict conclusions, that it is necessary for corporation and that it is only an option. This article is mainly a discussion on the necessity of integrity, referring to a large source of literature and studying the case of Enron Event. The purpose is to prove its necessity with enough evidences.
