What was discovered from this investigation was although Birds Eye has a more developed logistics systems there are still certain problems that exists and certain areas that are needed for improvement. These were concluded to be, more integration on the information system to produce a more live feed on information and to combat the problem on traffic congestion on the road networks.

Yunhe faces more problems since it is placed in a country (China) where logistics is still in the phase of development. Yunhes main problems were also integrating an information system but this was not improving the current system but actually implementing it throughout the whole company. Also the state of the frozen food market is a concern since the company needs provides the retailers and stores their own freezers in order to store their products. To succeed in this market, Yunhe must follow invest to develop its logistic system instead of waiting for foreign investors or government intervention to become a dominant company
