AbstractBackground: Altered cellular metabolism is a hallmark of cancer and some are reliant on Glutamine for sustained proliferation and survival. We hypothesise that the Glutamine-Proline regulatory axis has a key role in Breast cancer (BC) in the highly proliferative classes.
