AbstractThe primary objective of this thesis was to determine any associations between herbal and dietary supplement (HDS) use and the fast progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in Thai outpatients with CKD. The secondary objectives were to determine any associations between HDS use and CKD complications, and the prevalence and reasons for HDS use.
