Abstract

AI, characterised by its advanced algorithms and machine learning capabilities, has precipitated unparalleled transformation across diverse sectors, and is the primary change driver in HRM (Pillai & Sivathanu, 2020). This transformative wave, albeit more evident in the more established Western markets, is gaining momentum globally (Cascio & Montealegre, 2016; Malik et al, 2022; Narayanan & Schoeberl, 2023).
