Abstract

Employees’ performance has always been the center of discussion on organizational efficiency improvement. This essay mainly studies the impact of work environment on employees’ work engagement. The semi-structured interview is conducted on 10 Chinese people who work in Nottingham, UK. In this competitive twenty-first century, enterprises certainly prefer a more effective work force to stand out in the competition. It is important for organizations to know what work environment they should improve to increase employees’ work engagement. This essay concludes that better work environment will lead to higher employees’ work engagement.
