The research aimed to investigate and apply the strategic entrepreneurship model proposed by Ireland, et al (2003) in the context of Le Lac Hotel, Ranchi. To form a systematic approach, the researcher divided the dissertation into five key chapters. The introduction chapter presented an overview of the research topic along with discussing the aim, objectives, and research questions. It also presented and discussed the rationale and scope of the strategic entrepreneurship. The literature review chapter concluded that strategic entrepreneurship is quite effective and important in gaining competitive excellence and advantages through the use of innovative and creative strategies in the competitive business environment. Furthermore, it was concluded that strategic entrepreneurship can only be successful when it creates value and wealth and for that leadership and strategic management of sources and resources play an important role. The research methodology chapter found that the anti-positivism philosophy and the inductive research approach complement each other in terms of presenting the findings to be derived from interviews. The findings and analysis chapter found that the Hotel has been successful in using sources and resources in a strategic and resourceful manner that has added value to the operational and functional framework in a significant manner. It was also found that in order to remain competitive; the Hotel has been using innovative and creative strategies that have further helped in creating wealth for the stakeholders in a positive manner. The conclusion and recommendation chapter concluded that hotel Le Lac has been successful in implementing few elements of the strategic entrepreneurship model like being innovative, creative, sharing of ideas, enhancing the scope for leadership, and managing sources and resources in an effective manner. It was also concluded that the hotel has been successful in creating value by using innovative strategies that have further created value for stakeholders.
