Abstract

This management project walks through the development and implementation of a Balance Scorecard for the Professional Services Division in Frontline Technologies as a pilot project aimed at motivating employees in undertaking overseas projects and give a clear understanding of what is most valuable for employees; what is it that they really want in terms of their career development.

Additionally, the project addresses the internal processes of the PS Team and assess ways to improve its operations. Providing a better understanding of how customers value Frontline's business proposition.

The objective is to build a Balance Scorecard that helps the professional service team to establish the right links between employee performance and business unit performance. Being a milestone in the company and triggering the implementation of Balance Scorecards in the rest of the strategic business units.
