The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Citizen Behavior in the Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry.

Abstract
With the development of economy and society, the practice of corporate social responsibility has become an irreversible trend in the world. Many Western companies have raised corporate social responsibility to the height of the strategic management while enterprise in China has caused many social contradictions in the process of rapid development, which has been becoming a matter of concern for government, enterprise and scholar. Especially the Chinese pharmaceutical industry, its explosion recent 30 years while this promising industry frequently happen scandal because of lack of CSR consciousness .
It has been much discussion of the impact of corporate social responsibility on enterprise financial performance and consumer, but the employees, are rare to be studied. So the introduction of organizational citizenship behavior has brought a new perspective to the study of corporate social responsibility. It extended to responsible for the staff, inside stakeholders, makes the enterprise in contribution of fulfilling the social responsibility to the society at the same time, also get the corporate image. Also CSR have more positive effects on the enterprise's internal culture and employee behaviors.
This study main aim and purpose is to study on the relationship between corporate social responsibility (say CSR including economic, law, ethical and philanthropic responsibilities to social and non-social stakeholder, employee,consumer and government) and organizational citizenship behavior (say OCB to individuals and OCB to organization around altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness,sportsmanship and civic virtue.)
In this paper, we have systematically reviewed the relevant literature on CSR, OCB and organizational identification, with an qualitative research methodology and semi-structure interview to get findings and discussion, the main conclusions are:
1.Demographic variables have influence on CSR and OCB.Gender, educational level, working length, occupation and position, corporate types and scale.
2.The specific CSR in Chinese pharmaceutical is divided into three parts, the economics, the law, and the ethical responsibilities. It includes CSR to employees, consumers, government and social and non-social stakeholders.
3.CSR to social and non-social stakeholders, consumers, organizations and employees has a significant positive effect on OCB to organization and OCB to individuals
4.Furthermore, the CSR in Chinese pharmaceutical industry in promising and developing, but there has Chinese style limitation such as bribery issue and lack of CSR consciousness affect the employees behaviors and attitudes.
Based on the above research conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: Continue to strengthen the awareness of corporate social responsibility, to put corporate social responsibility into business strategy and strengthen the supervision of public
