This business plan offers me an opportunity to integrate my knowledge since first degree till MBA program along with professional experience to learn and develop my business idea to become a concrete business project.

The purpose of this individual learning reflection is to highlight key issues and learning points experienced during team formation until the completion of business plan report. This paper will also reflect group dynamic and analyze my experience of generating, developing and presenting a new business idea within a team. Lastly, theories introduced during MBA program will be applied and evaluated in various stages of business plan preparation.
