The purpose of this individual learning reflection is to highlight key issues and learning points experienced during team formation until the completion of business plan report. This paper will also reflect group dynamic and analyze my experience of generating, developing and presenting a new business idea within a team. Lastly, theories introduced during MBA program will be applied and evaluated in various stages of business plan preparation.
