AbstractThe practice of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Trinidad and Tobago has been described as being in its ‘embryonic stages’ with various academics and practitioners now beginning to contribute to the process of institutionalization of the field on the local business agenda. As this process continues to evolve and take shape, it has become apparent that the involvement of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in CSR is ‘still limited’.
